    Good product poor documentation

    The installation instructions are not detailed enough. Also the programming instructions are not accurate, I am not getting the prompts listed in the instructions.

    Speaks to you in Chinese until you figure out how to change it with the instructions that are poorly translated. Doesn’t recognize thumbprint 50% of the time even if programmed multiple times. No silent mode
