Demetris was so helpful in picking out this lock for our front door. He arranged for the locksmith to install as well and it looks fabulous . Easy to use the smart feature on the phone with it. Would definitely order any lock needs with THE CONNECTED SHOP again .

I had two other locksmiths look at installing my smart locks—one said they couldnt do it, and the other wanted to charge me double. Thankfully, The Connector Shop set me up with their preferred installer, Malcolm, and he was absolutely fantastic. I’ll admit I had my doubts at first, but everything came out perfect. The locks work flawlessly, and having the ability to unlock the door remotely for guests or visitors is a game changer. The fingerprint technology is amazing too. Malcolm was professional, reasonable, and really knew what he was doing. Highly recommend!

Does this smart lock work in cold weather city like Chicago?

After the measurements and confirmation, the lock arrived in about two weeks cost me about $150 to install for my commercial aluminum door. I can’t say it was easy but nothing complicated instructions were OK to follow.

The modification on the Marvin multi point door was facilitated through the Google Meet platform and was successful due to the professionalism and experience offered by the team walking myself and my door technician through the process.Malcom guided us through the steps necessary to install the Smart lock Slim with patience and knowledge of the older Marvin door and state of the art smart lock system. Dimitris and Moises assisted the installation as well. We could never have installed this system ourselves without their help and guidance.

I've been trying out this smart padlock and I have to say, it's pretty cool. It's made locking things up a lot quicker since I can just use my fingerprint to unlock. The convenience factor can’t be beat. It also feels really sturdy, which is a big plus.

Very happy to find a digital lock option for our door with a frost glass insert The slim design worked perfectly. Malcolm was great to work with for installation Only thing that could be improved is the digital display is hard to see when the sun shines on it.

Got this smart lock for my mom’s door. I helped her find it, since she has lost her keys in the past and wanted a way to not have to have a key on her.
