Love this thing! Took me years to find a smart door lock for our ThermaTru French Doors. Have everyone in our family’s finger finger print program. The tech and customer support staff were super responsive!!!! Totally impressed by the service and product!

I appreciate that they refund the lock it okay but the locksmith say unable to install for the sliding lock with the business double door so I just returned it

This smart lock has been a game changer. Unlocking my door with my fingerprint is super convenient. I can also remotely unlock with my smartphone which has been useful on a few occasions so far.
There is a locksmith finder tool that I utilized to find the locksmith that installed the lock on my door. The guy was good and professional, so I was very happy that I found him.
The customer service reps are also quite helpful in answering questions before I purchased the door lock. I was able to get a hold of them by phone.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this smart lock and would recommend anyone to get it from this store.
I found this company online as I was searching for a smart lock for an old Pella door. Not only did they immediately respond to my email, but followed up the next day with a telephone call to make sure all my questions were answered. I couldn't be happier. I purchased the Smart Door Lock Slim and they conducted a video chat with me and my locksmith to make sure all went smooth during installation. The lock is beautiful and works perfectly, allowing every member of my family to enter with simply their finger print.
