    Cool Tech, wish it worked for me

    I did a lot of research before deciding on the Smart Door Lock XL. Unfortunately, once I recieved it I could not make it work properly. Tech support was very helpful, but I ended up returning the product as I did not have time to keep troubleshooting the connectivity issues. As a stand alone product it is awesome, but for the networking I needed there were several issues.

    Great product but the installation instructions were not clear (we had a professional install it). If we could figure out how to keep it from locking every time we go out the door that would nice.
